Carrols Corporation - Terms and Conditions

Your election to participate in the My Schedule site is voluntary on your part and is not a condition of your employment with the Company. By electing to participate in the My Schedule site, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Company will not be liable for the loss or damage of your personal wireless device used in the My Schedule site. Any loss, damage, or theft of your personal wireless device is your sole responsibility.
You are responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and paying for your mobile device, including any service plans, software, warranties, insurance, maintenance plans, any necessary equipment, accessories, and other expenses, including any additional costs that might occur by using your personal wireless device in the My Schedule site. The Company will not provide any technical support for your mobile device and the associated accessories. You are responsible for the cost, care, and maintenance of your personal wireless device as you would be for any other personal property you own.
You remain responsible for selecting the voice and data plan for your personal wireless device that best suits you. It is your responsibility to understand your voice and data plan including, but not limited to, the costs and terms associated with your voice and data plan with your carrier.
You acknowledge that your participation in the My Schedule site may result in charges on your personal wireless device or under your plan that may increase amounts due under your personal wireless device's voice and/or data plan. The Company will not pay or reimburse you for any such charges (such as overage charges for mobile phone minutes used or exceeding your data plan).
You acknowledge that participation in the My Schedule site is not actual or implicit approval from the Company for you to perform work from home or otherwise away from your designated workplace or outside of your scheduled work hours.
You understand that any personal information or any Company information that you receive or send on your personal wireless device which passes through the Company’s network may be cached, stored, monitored, retrieved, or reviewed without further notice to you and without your express consent. You understand that if you send or receive any such information on your mobile device through Company’s network, that information will become accessible by the Company. You authorize the Company to access, review, and use such information to the fullest extent authorized by law. You understand that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such information.
The Company is committed to promoting the safety of its employees and those who may come into contact with its employees. Accordingly, operation of your mobile device in the My Schedule site in an unsafe manner is strictly prohibited. Examples of unsafe use of your mobile device include, but are not limited to:
- Operating your mobile device while driving (for example sending or reading texts or listening to voice messages);
- Operating your mobile device while operating machinery; and
- Any other situation where operation of your mobile device detracts from the attention required of you to perform any given task safely.
